I. General Information

1. This policy applies to the Website, operating at url: www.naturvents.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

2. As of May 25, 2018, European data protection regulations in the form of Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU of 2016 t. series L No. 119/1, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”) shall apply.

This Privacy and Cookies Policy is intended to inform Users of the legal basis for the processing of personal data that the User has provided to the Administrator in connection with the use of the Website. This document specifies the methods of collecting, processing and protecting such data, as well as the rights of Users under the aforementioned legislation. In addition, the Cookies Policy informs about the use of cookies and other tracking technologies when using the Website.

4. A User is any natural person to whom data pertains who uses the www.naturvents.com Website or electronic services available through the Website.

II. User Consent

1. The User’s use of www.naturvents.com implies the User’s acceptance of the fact that the Administrator collects and uses personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy and Cookies Policy.

2. The Administrator processes personal data of the Service User on the basis of the User’s consent and, in certain cases specified herein, within the framework of the Administrator’s legitimate interests.

3. The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing that took place on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

III. Personal data processed by the Administrator

1. The Administrator obtains personal data from the User through the functionalities and communication tools available on the Website.

2. in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO – for the purpose of archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence in case of the need to demonstrate its progress,

3. pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO – for the purpose of entering into and performing a possible contract between the User and the Administrator, as well as servicing the User as a customer of the Administrator,

4. pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO – for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party, i.e., e.g. for the purpose of contacting representatives, employees, associates of entities and institutions with which the Administrator cooperates,

5. pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO – for analytical research, consisting, in particular, of studying and analyzing traffic on our website for the purpose of statistics.

V. Sharing of personal data

1. Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

A. employees and associates of the Administrator authorized by the Administrator,

B. entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator in the field of technical, organizational, IT, legal support and only to the extent necessary for the performance of services ordered by the Administrator,

C. entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, in particular the competent judicial or law enforcement authorities.

2. We do not transfer Users’ personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area). Also, when using solutions such as Google Analytics, we use solutions that prevent the collection of any personal data and anonymize any information collected.

VI. Data processing time

1. The Administrator shall keep the User’s data for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time specified by law, and for no longer than is necessary to realize the legitimate interests of the Administrator or a third party.

2. Where the User has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for a specific purpose, the data shall be stored until such consent is withdrawn.

3. The Administrator reserves the right to further process the User’s data after the termination of the contract or withdrawal of the consent only for the purposes of judicial redress or if national, EU or international regulations require the retention of the data.

VII. User Rights

1. The user shall have the following rights at each stage of the processing of his/her data:

A. the right to access personal data and to receive a copy (Article 15 RODO),

B. the right to rectify (amend) personal data (Article 16 RODO),

C. right to erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 RODO),

VIII. Cookies

1. The Administrator informs that during the use of the Website, short text files called “cookies” are stored on the User’s terminal device. “Cookies” files contain such information as: the User’s IP address, the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the User’s end device, the recording of parameters and statistics, and a unique number. “Cookies” files are sent to the server of the Website via the web browser installed on the User’s final device.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of the Website. This data is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. With IP address anonymization activated, the User’s IP address is truncated before being transmitted further. The full IP address is sent to a Google server in the US only in exceptional cases and shortened there. The anonymized IP address is not combined with other Google data.

Within the framework of Google Analytics, the Administrator does not collect data that identifies the User. Therefore, the data collected by Google Analytics are not considered personal data by the Administrator.

X. Final Provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in order to update it and adapt it to current legislation. The Administrator will inform Users of any changes in advance.

2. The User using the www.naturvents.com website accepts the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

3. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

4. The binding version for Polish law is the document “Privacy Policy” in Polish.
